Every person involved in my repair was great. This was unfortunately the second time my year old RX350 was hit. I was so satisfied after the first repair, when my vehicle wasn't even a month old, that I insisted on using them again. Fortunately, the driver's insurance carrier, USAA, immediately agreed. I couldn't be more satisfied.

All sorts of indicators went off and had to go back 4 times same day. Charger for usb not working -charging phone in car so I have to bring it back.
I asked for touch up on doors not done and even texted
Glass spray and folder with your paperwork left in car .
Text messages misleading and not accurate. Confidence in body work is very low. Want to talk to a manager!
