There was still a chip in the grill from the accident that was not fixed. We reported it directly after picking up my car and we were told a shop manager would call us, but that it was prior damage. Any damage to the bumper or grill came from the accident only and should be fixed. We will await call back from Abra shop to address problem. However, everyone we dealt with was nice during the original process.
