Drop off process and pickup were both easy. Car Looks great. Communication was great some days even saying car looked great and was ahead of schedule. But then nothing for days. Finally a week later, two weeks total the car was ready. Be more consistent with communication and don’t set expectations too high that car is ahead of schedule when it wasn’t.
