Two things, one of the unfortunate part of the story is that I just bought a brand new 2016 Kia optima and hit a deer the first time around and had Abra fixed my car beautifully. And then three weeks later in the snowstorm somebody hit and ran me. The second time Abra also fix my car at a point that doesn’t even look like the car was hit. I am blown away at how well everything turned out and everyone at Abra is such a delight to work with. I told Robin that it’s a pleasure to see her again under unfortunate circumstances
