The repair took a bit longer than expected. I think it was due to miscommunication between the technicians and the office staff. So I would have really appreciated a call to tell me that the repair would take longer so that I could adjust my expectations. I wasnt upset it took longer, because it was quality work, but a call would have been nice. But overall, I was pleased. Thanks!

My repaired car looked great. Repaired/ replaced bumper blended completely interior had been detailed as well. Tires treated and car body washed and waxed. Ready for appointment arranged with Enterprise Rental to pick me up. Got word car ready for pick up early enough in day to avoid rush hour. Had me leave rental car for pickup.
