Window didn't work, but was fixed before I left w/ vehicle. Alignment is off and front passenger side fog light does not work. Point of contact was not friendly either. Messages were not polite, and was not updated in a timely matter. Phone call to state the vehicle was ready for pick up included "call me to arrange pick up as we need to get this vehicle removed today". Extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend ABRA. As a matter of fact, I will call my insurance company to stop their contract with ABRA.

I have dealt with other body shops before **** Abra is truly the best. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and did a great repair job on my truck. I was impressed to get a fast turnaround and the way they set up everything for you with Enterprise Rent a car that I didn't have to wait long with my son. I also was impressed With the nice staff and the little paint chips they touched up on my bumper was something I didn't even have to ask for since it wasn't part of the accident.
