I was not satisfied with the work done. There was still damage to a trailer hitch that they claimed “looked in fair condition” The hitch was hit and went through the other vehicles radiator/bumper. As the paying customer they should of called me before they stated working on the vehicle to let me know what they thought/found needed to be done or not done. They could of asked if I still wanted it done and how much it would of been. Instead they did the minimal amount of work and didn’t even call me to see if I would pay for it. I am very unhappy.

Their service mind is incredible. We have no rental car policy from our insurance, so they were trying to get my car fix as fast as they can. Dan, the general manager, even offered to take care of the rental car if they couldn’t finish their job on the timeline that they gave me. Marie was also very easy to work with and she even delivered my car to me, so my toddler and I didn’t have to find a ride to pick up my car. Very thoughtful of you guys. Thanks again for everything.

The repairs were very quick . You guys deal working directly with enterprise was very helpful and convenient. I didn’t have to hassle with the details. The text updates were nice. I’m guessing the updates were automated. The interactive was a little delayed but not a big deal. We offer texting to our clients at the vet clinic I work at too. Our upper management stresses professionalism even when texting. Meaning no abbreviations or acronyms commonly used in texts (including no grammatical errors or incomplete sentences). Also, our texting service sends out an automated response that confirms we’ve received the text, thanks the client for reaching out and informs an employee will respond shortly. All not necessary but thought I’d suggest it anyway
