My car was very dusty in the inside when I picked it up. There was also a lot of greasy patches along the exterior. I keep my car very clean and it was returned to me dirty. Wow, I have never been wow'd by an auto body shop but with Abra I am. I didn't expect the genuine level of customer service/satisfaction that I received. I had a small repair that was needed as they replaced my bumper and they were pleasant about offering the additional help, not pushy. I had a semi-deflated tire that they inflated without mentioning it. Then I got my car washed outside AND in?? I came her because of a car accident and insurance but I will definitely be back and I'll tell my friends and family to come here too.
