Completely satisfied with the repair, the was very communicable with me on the repair.. only **** item that I am concerned about would be that when my truck was towed in to ABRA Naperville, there was a Dwalt Mitre Saw stand strapped to my ladder Rack on the truck, when I picked up the truck once the repair was finished, the Dewalt Mitre Saw stand was missing... I am awaiting for a staff member to call me in regards to this missing Item...

One B pillar vinyl wrap was removed to paint the rear passenger door. None of the other wrap was removed, not was the wrap replaced that was removed to match the other 3 pillars wrap. This makes the truck look odd and not pre loss condition. I am unable to remove the other wrap myself for lack of a heat gun and 0 degree temps. The truck should be returned as it looked before accident.

I was presented with my insurance verification- $500 deductible. I questioned it, knowing I had paid $1000 in the past. The (very nice) woman that was doing my paperwork stated that the had verified the benefits specifically, therefore it was correct. I signed the agreement stating I would be responsible for $500 payment upon completion of the work. Upon car pickup, I was told there had been a mistake- one set of paperwork said $500 due, the other set of paperwork said $1000 due. I had to pay the $1000- which, is understandable. However, there was no option to split payments, there was no understanding the hardship this has placed upon me, no offer to rectifying the mistake, and no apology for having misinformation. I am responsible for my own benefits- however, I DID question the change and was specifically reassured that the information was correct. If this wouldn’t have been the case, I would have no one to blame except myself. Again- I paid for a good service and am happy to pay what my insurance obviously has me pay, it was my choice after all! But, to go from one number to twice the amount- I feel I should have been given the option to do a split payment as recompense for the mistake that was made. I’m a consumer that relies on the expertise of the business I’m working with. Apparently false reassurances were given, but I had no way of know it at the time.
What’s done is done. I still will use Abra because of their excellent work and great staff. But please- make everyone aware that IF there is a big difference in what the paperwork says and the customer says- address it then and there OR halt the process until verification can be reobtained.
