Your service and work was exceptional! The bad part was I told Abra they didn't have to keep me up to date on the truck. Just call and tell me to pick it up. How easy is that?
Abra sent an email mail and said Friday should be ready. Next it was on Tuesday they said Wednesday than Thurs, now it's Friday next in the afternoon,I get a call telling me that it's on the truck going to Glendale Hts for delivery. Great! I'm thinking 11/2 hour and the truck should be delivered. Boy was I wrong!!! Got to Abra at 4:30 and they looked at me like what are you doing here.
I have come for my truck. Not here, finally at7pm my truck was delivered. 2&****/2 hour I waited. Thanks to Mr Kotas for staying till 7pm with me. Delivery was a disaster! Truck never left till after 5:30. And Abra called at 3pm and said it's on its way.
