I was really unsure of the kind of service I was going to get but you did a save on the last day I got my car. At first I felt like you really didn't care when my car would be done and it was what it was, but you came through and performed the work in just 5 days. I would recommend you to others.

I know they were cleaning accidents but two items were broken in the car and no one told me; I found them on my own. The little lever that you lift inside the car to open the gas door is now only metal. The plastic cap is gone. And the tubing that was attached to the gas cap and inside the gas door, is now no longer attached. I'm sure they were broken when cleaning was done as no gas was added but I would have liked to be told about it, up front. The repair of the vehicle, the customer service, even the cleaning was fantastic but these small broken, unreported items left me somewhat dissatisfied. Thank you. I've called the dealer about getting them fixed.
