It was OK. My vehicle looks OK there's one spot I'm questioning. I had to wait over an hour past my quoted time. But the staff was friendly and apologetic.

I would suggest that you have the vehicle inspected and any minor 'adjustments' taken care of before you tell the customer it is ready. I waited nearly an hour at your shop to have some minor details taken care of when they should have been done before you presented the car to me. Kinda looked bad...

Kelly was very helpful. She was very responsive to our calls and Kelly kept us updated as to the progress of our vehicle repair.
Kelly also contacted us when she noticed that the new headlight assembly and old headlight assembly were going to look much different because of the old headlight assembly having yellowed (even though they had tried to buff it to help make it match). We decided to pay to have a new headlight assembly installed at our expense. We really appreciate that Kelly took the initiative to contact us regarding the headlight assembly mismatch.
Kelly really helped to make our experience a good one. It was a pleasure once again to work with First Choice Collision, we would definitely recommend First Choice Collision to others.
