After driving an hour and a half to pick up my car I found scratches that were not on there when i dropped it off. There were quite a few minor scratches and I was told they would buff them out. I found 2 places they missed. I bought the car in Nov.

My repair took 2 months which for the job should have taken a month or less in MY opinion. Staff was very sympathetic and gave me a car to use after my rental expired with my insurance company. They even covered some of my expense. With regards to the service people I am satisfied but I think collision and the collision manager could have done a better job getting my vehicle to me in a timely fashion. Thank you.

The length of time that my car was in your posessesion was from Oct 12-Dec 20. I was highly dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I was given the run around and lied to about the completion of the work. I will never ever choose Freeman Honda Collision Center for service and I plan to tell family and friends about my terrible experience. This has been an awful situation for me, and the sad part about it that the accident wasn't my fault. I'm sure it wasn't personal, its just the way you conduct business.

I'd like to thank everyone. I know from looking at the documents on the repair that Mr. Caranci and the specialist from Gulf States had to approve it. Thank you to them! However, the national office had to agree to put it in the system as the RAV was out of warranty.
I was told by several RAV owners that the repaint would never be approved and I should just forget about the car being worth anything.
However, somehow, Toyota always comes through for me--and I'll buy another when this one is done!

The vehicle looks great and drives good with one exception, the brakes are spongy and there is too much brake pedal travel.The body work, paint and fit and finish look excellent.
