The repair took too long (2 months), they didn't put up all the tire equipment, now the front end is not aligned and the front tires are not balanced. I will will have to return to the dealership yet again to fix what should have been fixed in the two months it was there.

We paid $500 for the repair. We were told 2 weeks to get our car back and when we got back after 4 weeks the co pilot door was not opening from the inside, there was problems with the window. And this were problems that weren't even there when we took our van in. We got horrible costumer service by someone that was really rude and now you are making us go to another place to get another problem fix.
You are making us waste more time !!! And of course we asked for a refund but you didn't respond.
So all this to say we are Not Satisfied!
