Took too long to repair and no communication with us concerning issues. Clarence hard too get hold of and never fully communicated with us about the issues. Very poor service.

Bill Wiles was also very helpful. He was proactive in working with the insurance company to get a supplement approved when hidden damage was discovered.

Denise was very quick at getting back with me through phone calls and email to update me on the status of my vehicle. Earl is a very sweet patient man he made aure he kept in contact with me about when my vehicle will be fixed and made sure I was able to pick up my vehicle on my day off. I know he had to expedite everything for that. The toyota team members are friendly and made sure I was being helped by someone every time I was I was standing alone. My car is fixed, cleaned and returned to me it looks great. I am satisfied with toyota in general for years now. Mr. Long and Chuck is also very helpful and honest. No sales tactics like other places. Totally satisfied.

I am pleased with the repairs on my car. Good work. I am not pleased with the time it took to get them done and the communications of Freeman with my insurance company. It took a month to get a minor repair done so I was on my last day of car rental insurance coverage on the day my car was ready to be picked up.

I did not receive a receipt of what was done to my car at the time of pickup. Water is inside of the trunk of the car. I am concerned about the seals around the trunk of the car. the trunk of the car may have been left open in the rain.I believe it should not have taken 2 weeks and a day to repair myvehicle.
