- told insurance company would be there Monday, I had to call to get them to go thursday and was not given any updates they had not been by yet until I called to receive an update
- wrong parts were ordered so it was delayed
- car was scratched so it was delayed
- I do not believe I was taken seriously, when I would ask questions they would run around them with answers that had nothing to do with what I asked
- I constantly had to make calls regarding my status when I was told I would get my vehicle the next 4 days in a row

Take 2 months to fix a small damage. Toooo many times reinspect, reorder parts. After return the car. I have to drive back again. Because you forgot to wire "smart key enter" on passage side! Unbelievable! There will be no next time!

I am actually very happy with my total experience, that is until I was picking up my vehicle and checking out at the front service desk. Without going into extreme detail, I would just highly suggest that your service representative (I believe his name is Brandon) get a refresher course on multi-tasking and customer service. He was busy filling out papers upon my entrance, and instead of looking up and acknowledging me, he made me wait. Then he finally proceeded to ask me if I was here for something. He didn't know where my car was and pretty much said Josh handles all collision aspects. Since he said Josh's car wasn't in the lot, he instructed ME to call Josh. I kindly said I would not since I thought that was not MY responsibility. He is the one who works the service desk and represents Freeman. Although on the phone later, he failed to acknowledge other customers who came up behind me despite there inquiry. Again, my time was fabulous, at least until the last 20 min of my experience.
