I was very thrilled and happy with my repair but as I drove home, I noticed a scrape on my driver side mirror and a few scratches that never was there before on my trunk. The trunk were replaced so there should never have been a scratch on it. It's no big deal, I'm not going to go back to get it fixed and waste my time, but I expected more out of the reputable dealership to fix things the right way and not damage parts that weren't damaged when I left the car. I did, however, have a very pleasant experience with Denise. She is awesome and friendly.

The collision center was backed up and unable to get to my simple repair in a timely manner. I was quoted 3 total weeks (from the time it entered the collision center until completion) for a simple door repair which I've taken to another collision center. I was quoted 4 days by the new service center. My real complaint is, I should of been given the option to opt out of using the collision center due to their current business load. Freeman Service has done a great job and I'm satisfied with the Hurst Service location. Hosa has been a true professional to work with thus far.

Took 21 days for a simple repair. Josh just made excuses. We had to call to check status. Delivery kept getting delayed without explanation. Excuse was we had to get parts (one door trim piece) and the paint had to be blended. Poor excuses. Will actively recommend against using freeman.
