Bill Wiles was amazing and so was Mr. Storm and Denise Howeth of Freeman Toyota. My insurance wouldn't cover the full cost of the OEM part but you ate the difference to make sure that I had a great experience. Thank you very much!!!!!

I am not happy about the repairs to my 2015 Genesis. Both sun visors have visible oil fingerprints and will need to be cleaned or replaced. Parts were left in the car. The sunroof does not open and the doe lights do not work. Recall repairs were not completed after more than 2 months with the collision center. My car was finally repaired and delivered to me. My only comment is that in the future PLEASE do not smoke in the customer's car when you are delivering it. Not everyone smokes and that awful smell is very offensive to those of us who are smart enough not to have that filthy habit.
