My car repair was completed in a timely manner. I was very impressed by the knowledge and skill level of Wayne and John. They were both accommodating when I changed my mind about opening a claim through my insurance. The only criticism I have is I was rushed twice when signing my rental car paperwork. I always read through my contracts/agreements before signing, but was told twice to just sign or initial on the line. The first time I was rushed, I explained that I like to read through the agreement before I sign anything--- then the second time was when we were inspecting the car for prior damage. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend Juanita Collision to my friends and family. Thanks for great work!
