The experience of getting in an accident in a different state from where we live was certainly difficult. The at fault driver's insurance company as well as our own have been so hard to work with. We wish we had been notified about the radiator support bracket that wasn't fixed by the prior shop beforehand so we had the opportunity to have THAT shop address it. We are still concerned about the gaps on the hood allowing too much water into the engine compartment and possibly causing damage to the interior. We also don't understand how the radiator support bracket on the bottom of the radiator can affect gaps on the hood as the gaps were not as large prior to hitting the deer.
