There is a new crack in our windshield. Are car will not start no power. We drove it home parked it got up this morning and we have no power. Lights don't work and car will not start. Gas cap was not re attached. My husband just realized the battery cables we're not tightened back on the battery.

Job was very well done. Only wish there was better communication. Maybe a occasional phone call or voicemail update because sometimes the other form of communication (texts) were vague. There was a lot of communication between Specialty and the insurance company and I was left out of the conversation and that created a lot of confusion. Also at times the receptionist that answered phone was rude and not very helpful. Otherwise, very satisfied with my vehicle, thank you!

There are several spots in the paint that appear to have specs in the paint that have created small pits. I also asked that a door ding be fixed in the front door and it looks like it was only partially fixed as I can still see it. I will bring the car in on Monday to see what can be done.
