The nuts putting my bumper on were finger tight. It was loose and rattling. The rubber weather stripping in the wheel well was left flopping around. You did not take care of the poping noise that started after the accident.

Staff was helpful, patient, knowledgable, and really friendly but upon getting my vehicle back I noticed scratches on my driver side door that were not there before. My remote/ key for my car was also kinda scratched up upon receiving!
