The steering wheel was extremely tight upon return, in a manner that indicated it was adjusted. Now the car doesn't turn or handle as smoothly as it did prior to dropping off and uncharacteristic of a mini. I'm trying to give it some time to see if it adjusts any. Also, was disappointed to see the plastic part of the front bumper wasn't touched up considering it was front end damage.

I spoke to a paint specialist about rock damage and he agreed that rock damage would leave some dent in the metal. And there is none. Also From pick up from shop, the person did not walk around or go over the repair with me like he did with the other fellow. I later looked at it and there is a chip in the PAINT! it is white and it is noticeable. I will be bringing the car back to get this item taken care of before they tell me otherwise that it was some random rock that it it from the back or something like that. Preferably, I would like to take it to another location.
