Fix Auto formally Springer auto repair and the staff are the BEST! I trust everything about them and have recommended their services to friends and colleagues. I think normally getting car work done is a pain in the **** however Steve and staff: Mary, Becky, Angie and Dave actually make the experience painless and pleasant. I appreciate all status updates and the courtesy call when my insurance company was being a pain and I wasn't sure if I could bring my car in. Mary told me everything was in place for the repairs and I was able to make an appointment to bring in my the next day. My car was cleaner when I got it back then when I brought it in! ;D. thank you for that and everything.

The text notifications were helpful and convenient. Also, great friendly staff. Upon arrival home, my brother and I fully inspected the car from where the damage was. It seems from the repaint of the bumper, it may have not dried completely because there are a lot of indentations in some areas of the bumper, it isn't smooth. Also, the fender seems to pop out a little bit from where it's suppose to connect near the window. Aside from that, my experience was great at Fix Auto.
