Glass shards were still present on the upholstery after service. A second go-through by Fix Auto while I waited was still insufficient (insurance said they'd cover getting the car detailed).
No need to contact me - just thought this might be useful feedback (either knowing that you don't have the equipment to sufficiently detail the car to remove glass - so a detailing can be recommended, or improving the quality of cleaning you perform).
(also, while the status emails were helpful - they weren't terribly informative "the last mile is the hardest" was one of the pre-canned comments, which didn't really help me know what progress was being made, etc)

Dave Andel did a great job of sending me updates and keeping me aware of the status of the repairs. When I picked up the truck I couldn't believe how great it looked. They even threw in a truck wash - which was sorely needed.
