I have been coming to Fix Auto for all of my collision repairs for the last 3 or 4 years. Never am I disappointed with the level of service I receive. Dave is awesome!! He kept the line of communication open letting me know exactly what takes place with my car each time. He always set up my rental for me and make sure I'm taken care of before I leave. I am totally satisfied with the repair. It looks as good as new. The only thing I might change is the rental car location. While they are friendly and courteous, the car was not full and had two large scrapes in front and back. The car drove fine, I've just never rented a car that looked as bad. So everything at Fix was great, the Hertz was not as good an experience.

My only concern was that while on the freeway I noticed my hood wasn't latched down so had to pull over to push it back down, luckily it didn't fly up!
