Personnel kept on referring to me by husband’s first name. That is unacceptable. Don’t care what name State Farm uses, it should be easy to add my name.
Otherwise the repair was great. On time, done well.
But lost a huge amount of goodwill because I was not addressed by my name even though I was very vocal about this.

if i knew I had to pay deductibles I would take my car to a different body shop. Same shop replaced same bumper but came off after the front tire blew up and hit the bumper. bumper fell off on freeway and noticed heavy line of glue on bumper top which I told the insurance agent and also the estimator. this I questioned the quality of fix auto mechanics
