No contact necessary. Spent time speaking with shop members and adjuster today. Two repairs weren’t satisfactory, and communication was misleading at the onset regarding the roof repair. I have to bring my car back for another stint in the shop. I appreciate the eventual recognition, but it’s a bummer to see repairs that don’t match original condition and face another trip to the shop at a later date.
