Car cleaned inside (bonus points) and out was a nice touch; Brandon's crystal-clear communication at every step kept it easy and no-pressure; as much as I *really really* like the body shop who has done right by my Subarus all these years, if loaners weren't available and a rental car needed to be involved, what a PITA that was. Having a rep onsite and rental cars already there ... such simple solutioning. I appreciate those things.
