Luis worked with me from the beginning and was really great. He was very helpful and nice. The shop did a great job on my car. It looks great. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and I appreciated that they contacted Hertz and got the date and time set up.
My only complaint would be with the scheduler. I ended up calling to schedule the initial appraisal because I hadn't heard anything. I received a call from the scheduler a couple of days before my appraisal which was two weeks after I had called to schedule it on my own. She didn't know I had already scheduled my appraisal until I told her. The scheduler wasn't available when I brought my car in for appraisal and Luis told me she would contact me to schedule my repairs. I still hadn't heard anything 3 weeks later so I called to schedule. When I called I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes before the scheduler came on the line to schedule me. If I hadn't read such good reviews about the quality of the work I would have gone somewhere else. The work was excellent and the customer service I received from Luis and the people at the front desk was excellent but the scheduler made me feel like she didn't care about the customers or her job.

The car was fixed in a timely manner in spite of some trouble with scratches on the rear glass window that was sent from the factory. The car was returned in much better shape than it was dropped off. Cleaner and in much better shape overall. Everyone who called to give me updates was very clear and gave me the information I needed. Ricky in particular was very helpful and efficient on drop off and pick up of my car. On a ****-10 scale, I would give Fix Auto an 11.

There are dried drops of paint in the seams between the fender and body, connecting the body and fender where there should be an open seam in 4 spots. Along with a small spot on the body along that seam where you can see metal. It looks like the paint was scratched or chipped when the work was done. I'm disappointed that this was the result.
