**** disappointing fact: the car was supposed to be fixed within 4 days and it took 7 days + 2 weekend days.
Understand the uncertainty but this is the 2nd car that went to fix Auto and the 2nd time it happened.
Last thing, really appreciate and love the fact that the car is fully cleaned before end but please use clean towels when you do so (windows and dashboard metallic elements).
Overall still very happy about the work. We’ll go back if needed but we’ll address those points upfront.

The staff at Fix was timely in completing the repairs to my vehicle. Rebecca was very detailed in assessing the needed repairs and took the time to thoroughly explain the work that would be done. As the repairs were near completion, Rebecca notified me of progress and anticipated date for pickup. I would definitely recommend Fix to my friends and co-workers for their auto body repair needs.
