I was extremely pleased with the people I interacted with and the quality of the work done. The only thing that caused any concern at all was the fact that I couldn't use either my credit card or debit card or checkbook to pay for the service. I understand the problem you could have in releasing the car and having something go wrong with the payment, but that was a problem for me. It was an inconvenient extra step that, to me seemed unnecessary. Credit cards guarantee payment and debit cards are drawn against established funds so the only reason for your policy must be the fee you have to pay the creditor. You do outstanding work but you are not the cheapest place in town. What is the fee? 3-4%?? C'mon guys!
