WMAC staff was personalized, friendly, professional, and timely. I was kept informed through every step of the repair process, which I found to be an above and beyond service experience. Their administrative process is efficient, well explained, and thorough. Not only was the quoted repair time beat by 96 hours, but they were considerate of my work schedule with regards to pick up time. Upon pickup I was given a comprehensive visual Walk around of repairs - which are 110% undetectable. To top it off, they washed the exterior and cleaned the interior.
