Alex, Ryan, and Kristy were super nice and easy to deal with. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, as well. By far, one of the best group of employees I’ve ever had to work with. Ryan was so efficient and kept me know where they were in the process of repairing my car. I still have the leak I took it in for and collision dept did a lot of damage to my car…..trim on roof either side of moon roof, just saw drips on glass on moonroof, both halo lenses smeared inside and 3 small scratches on my leather steering wheel. My car just keeps getting devalued. Hit a piece of semi truck tire that came flying at me on the way up to your dealership. None of this would have happened if I haven’t had a manufacture mechanical problem on my “used to be pristine” car that only had 5700 miles on it. Bought it from Crain with 4100 miles on it. I’m feeling physically I’ll from all of this. It was my first accident and I’m 76. Not sure what I’m going to do at this point.
