The shop in Newaygo did a good job of keeping me informed about what was going on with my car thank you

I was told that my car would be fixed in Muskegon. Only to find out it was driven all the way to Newago. A 2 hour round trip. The police and I both agreed that the car was not to be driven. I thought that was placing a woman in my car and let her drive it was reckless decision. If someone hit her in that same spot, she could have been seriously hurt. Also I would have had it fixed next to my dealership that I bought it from instead of adding extra mileage on my car. I also was extremely unhappy with a man in your Muskegon office that said he was the manager and he was not. I believe he said his name was Alex. However, everyone that I spoke with (except Alex) was very personable and professional. My car looks great and it looks like you buffed as if it was you. I found the real manager Mike was excellent. The loaner car was clean inside, unlike mine. For that I am sorry. I will tell anyone that asks me that your work is excellent. I think that when Mike reads this, he will make the changes. He portrayed a honest, hard working man. The reason I am sending this late at night is because I have been a manger with 100 employees and if people don't provide feedback, business can begin to drop without any reason why. I hope Karen mentions that I drove to meet her closer to her than me because I had been ill the day before and I thought it was only decent to help her after she had been so courteous. So there is my novel and I believe Mike will make a few changes. Thank you for how great my car looks and would if needed use your service again. Sincerely Tammy A

Everyone I talked to was exceptionally nice & went out of there way to make sure I understood what was going to happen, offered additional advice with the car rental experience. I had a couple other issues with my vehicle besides from the auto accident & the team went above & beyond to help me get additional estimates. The repair work done also was great. I can't tell I was in an accident thanks guys!

The new service manager (Mike- in Newaygo) is not nearly as friendly as the previous one (Jason Brookhouse) the secretary in newaygo is wonderful as well!! I am happy with the work that's done but spending a lot of money there and it would be nice to get a simple hello from Mike. Thanks

Thanks it looked to good..thank you for trying to get the scratch off the other side,if ford did a better job of putting paint on you could have done a better job but it looks a lot better than it did...thanks

I am happy with the fix. I do still notice that the passenger side of the bumper repair doesn't line up like the drivers side does. Not sure if that can be fixed or not. Mentioned it picking it up after it was done to mike. It is a minor detail, but it still looks good.
