We had occasion to use Frank’s two times in the last couple years. The first was a major repair from an accident. The second incident was a small error in our garage. Both of these repairs were on our 2016 Subaru Outback. On both occasions, our main contact and conversations were with Justin. Justin went out of his way to make all the necessary arrangements to accommodate a timely and satisfying experience. It seemed Justin always had the calm and common sense to make difficult situations evolve into a satisfying and pleasant solution. Al the other staff members we dealt with were very pleasant and handled their responsibilities very satisfactorily. We thank them all.
