The quality of paint is terrible. There are visible paint bubbles in the new door, along with a striated texture. There is also a stain/residue on the rear seats that is not easily removed. The steering wheel was sliced by a tool that has left a rough texture that is noticeable to the touch. The blind spot indicator sensors and rear-cross check sensors were not connected, which means two major safety features are not longer available to me. I tried to schedule an appointment with the dealer to get the sensors activated, but they are unable to assist, as this is a Collision Shop issue, adding more to the overall frustration and dissatisfaction.

The car has been in 3 times and still isn't fixed correctly. In addition there is now a delay on a part that was installed incorrectly that wont be available April. I took my car to the place that I thought would do the best job and am seriously disappointed. At yhis point I have no recourse other than to try and get my insurance to have the car repaired correctly somewhere else? Perhaps the owner of Irvine Subaru, where I bought the car can help with this somehow.
