I was completely satisfied with the customer service and the repairs made to my 2015 Toyota Highlander that George's Paint and Body Service provided. I always felt valued and my questions were important to answer by the office staff each time I called. Thank you, Mr. Rios for advocating for me to ensure I had a rental through the time of my vehicle was in the shop.
Also, kudos to the body shop technicians diligent and dedication in repairing my vehicle in a timely manner.

Employees seemed pleasant, work quality was substandard and required rework. I accepted the job because I needed the vehicle for work after being without for almost two months. The offer to correct the still remaining paint deficiency is still on the table as far as I know but I’ve not been able to schedule an availability yet. I’d say quality control is an issue at this shop so I would not likely go back for any other issues.
