Josh and Jason were my team and did an excellent job of informing me of what would be required to put my automobile back into a much better appearance. I was promised by Jason I would be kept informed as to the progress once I left my car with him and he called me regularly to let me know how the repair was going whick I appreciated greatly. I was accommodated for my Enterprise car rental by this team both for initial delivery and for drop off when no longer needed. When I arrived to pick my car after repair Josh went over thoroughly what had been done and I was pleased at what excellent work had been performed. My vehicle had been washed/polished and detailed to add to great work. I commend both these gentlemen and would recommend them and this shop highly to anyone who would require this type of repair. I just drove my returned car on the freeway since the right side mirror was replaced. The mirror or something related to installing it has caused a rushing wind type noise heard loudly inside the passenger area. It is very distracting and annoying and was never heard prior to the OEM mirror being replaced!! I will take it back for evaluation and correction sometime next week! EuGene T

Communication with your personnel was abysmal. Being told my car was on schedule for pickup,up to and including the morning I was to pick it up, only to find out later in the day that you were still missing the bumper. That was inexcusable. I still don't have my car back.
I have used your company before and was very satisfied. I don't know what's happened. There were too many problems to list here.

Jason cannot retain information told to him repeatedly, I understand companies want to get as much business as possible. I’m so sick of getting messages from ur company. I told him repeatedly because he is a persistent man that I was going to just forgo getting any repairs because I explained I didn’t have a credit card every time we spoke. Then he finally told me that’s ok “ we have a free rental I can get you in” all the pot head stickers on his folder I guess I know why he couldn’t remember regardless of me telling him every time he texted me and we spoke on the phone. I explained to the mechanic I really was just worried about frame damage. The passenger door on the side it was hit the door was pealing open they cleaned it and said it’s fine. It peaked open late that day. And now I have a car looking worse since my paint job is the original but I have a brand new shiny bumper a different color of my car. To have the mechanic take my car in the back then Jason said I’ll call enterprise. When he said free I thought maybe the shop had a loaner, then without a car taken to enterprise assuming u had a free rental with them.
No a credit card was needed I’m now homeless
I had to use my mother’s credit card and she cussed me out at enterprise and at home and my anxiety was so ridiculous that I was scared the entire time in the rental because I knew anything that my mom would get charged for I would be thrown out. And on the way to the store got in a accident in the rental.
So I’m every way possible if the several times I told Jason I didn’t have a credit card and I was going to skip the repairs. I wish he could have remembered that and left me alone I had let the damage go several times and he kept calling and texting. When l retrieved my car I reminded him of our many conversations about no credit card he said “my bad”
Are u kidding I’m homeless as a manic depressive with ptsd anxiety I’ve been kidnapped, held in a closet for three months, had my truck burned to the ground. Which is why I told him I couldn’t have a rental no cc
But with my anxiety standing at enterprise surrounded by people and then I’m freezing and being told I need a credit card when my car was already taken into the bay to get worked on. Anxiety attacks i hyperventilate and pass out. So calling my mom who hates me she thinks I’m defective because my inherited depression, etc.
I’ve never known a company to be so persistent and then knowing I was pissed I was contacted too many times for a review when I sent a long one to my AAA agent
I can’t reverse time and get Jason to remember each customer or take down a note regarding my particular file. Then I would have never gotten the shotty work and unacceptable customer service that has detrimentally devastated my life
What more can I tell u. His forgetfulness ruined my life

We are extremely pleased with the overall quality of work done on our Mazda CX-30 by Craftsman Collision USA. We had wheel well and tire rid damage and drove the vehicle a week or more to ensure no problems occurred. The only thing we did not like, pandemic understood, was the additional one to two weeks longer than project time it took to complete repairs. It seems one vendor was relied upon, and that held the repair up. That does not sour our opinion of Craftsman. We would recommend Craftsman Collision USA to anyone in need of a terrific auto collision service! There is a remaining question that we intend to ask about when the Long Beach Representative calls us.
