The process was very cumbersome as I would be told a finish date and then an email would tell me another date (later).Even though they had ordered the parts earlier it still took ten days. They said they would do smal scratches (as they had the paint) it is still there. I can’t really say I’m satisfied..

I am satisfied with the work but I specifically mentioned it to Albert the estimator that I had concerns about overspray and they assured me that there would be no overspray on the vehicle but when I went to pick it up there with overspray all over the truck they were very nice to detail the truck at the end of the day to make me happy and I appreciate that but there is still some overspray on the windshieldThat I would like to get taken care of please let me know if you are willing to help with the overspray on the windshield thank you

I’ll keep it simple. Your efficiency has decreased in quality. Your service in 2018 was near perfect and better organized. I’m guessing your operations have changed and does not forecast timing as precisely. If you look at your automated text, there are gaps of time where no work was completed or started which is in contrast to my prior experience. I hope this helps!! All the best!!
