I am satisfied with the work completed on my car, but not with the way that the claim was handled. There was not good communication between Craftsman and my insurance company. My car sat for over 2 weeks waiting for a supplement to be approved, when I was told it should take 48 hours. If Allstate did not respond to Craftsman, then I believe that someone from Craftsman should have followed up with Allstate sooner. It took 30 days to complete approximately 7 days of work on my car.
