Respected me as a Preferred customer letting me know progress of my vehicle all the way from start to finish via text messages; timely, accurate, and honest communication between my insurance carrier, me, and the auto body shop. One of the plastic covers under the car that got damaged in the accident wasn't replaced and it has a long crack in it. I was wondering what the reason was for not replacing it because everything else that was cracked or damaged was replaced. I'm not necessarily unsatisfied with the work, just wanted to know the reason for not replacing it. I tried calling them on Monday but no answer and I left a message but haven't heard back. I also returned a call and left a voicemail to someone that had called wanting feedback on my experience, but haven't heard back from them either. Thank you
