Professional Collision Tillman’s Corner

I have notice several issues that I’ll have to bring the car back to get fix. The chrome trim around the window isnt placed right and isn’t adhering correctly. The rubber gasket around the driver side door is not on properly and is allowing air to pass through. They used the old gasket before the wreck which normally wouldn’t be a problem but the gasket wasn’t taken off properly the small holes where the mounting hardware is inserted is all torn. The door panel has something rattling in there. the cup holder had several fasteners, hex bolts and screws and other miscellaneous faseners. Also there was grease on the door panel and seat. I think the final details were rushed and I was not happy with the quality of work. No worker actually did a walk through with me when I picked up the Honda Civic. I just paid and they pulled it around and handed me the keys.

Very professional and kept us informed of progress. Our Toyota Highlander is my wife’s favorite auto ever and she was very pleased with the work that was done. The work was perfect- and the car looks great. Thank you.

The people at PC were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Erica, especially, comes to mind, and her liaison with Enterprise really helped my mother and me. She arranged transportation to their office and we never had to worry about how we were going to get there. Our damaged car was beautifully restored--and incredibly quickly! I cannot think of a single way Professional Collision could have improved upon any aspect of their service. Thanks to everyone there, both in the office and in the shop!

Great communication and service

After submitting yesterday's comments, I ran some errands, which included delivering a box of magazines to the volunteer station at the hospital. We had pouring rain the last few days, and upon opening the trunk to load the box, water came POURING out of the interior access panel to the right rear taillight assembly into the trunk bed... this is unacceptable. Also, upon closing the trunk after loading, the catch did not engage... I had to slam it. Same thing happened again when I loaded in my groceries after my next stop. I realize that once a vehicle has seen repairs as extensive as this, things are never truly 'the same', but I expected smoother operation. Upon returning home, advising my husband, and the two of us walking out to the car, we noticed a paint chip on the corner edge of the right rear quarter panel (in the replacement zone) immediately behind and shielded by the silver trim of the right rear door... not accessible by 'road rocks', in our estimation. Upon closer inspection of the trunk lid seating situation, we found that the gap between the trunk lid and the right side of the car is twice that of the same place on the left - right side 6 mm, left side 3mm. This may or may not have anything to do with the water intrusion to the right taillight and subsequent leakage into the trunk, but, again, is unacceptable. I will now share a point I'd forgotten to mention in the earlier critique: as I was driving home from the shop, I also realized my steering wheel had been adjusted, lowered specifically. I was unable to see the interior turn signals, as they were blocked by the top of the steering wheel, but initially attributed that to seat adjustment... this was not the case, of course, and I have returned the steering wheel to its proper place. Again, I'll say - if the technicians are going to take liberties like this, they need to get better at covering their tracks. Also, I filled my gas tank yesterday, and by my calculations, about 4 gallons of gas was missing from my tank from when I initially left it at the facility. Again, post-repair test drive notwithstanding, this is excessive. I would appreciate any further follow-up from your establishment through a personal call from the owner of the business.
