On second look once I got home I noticed where the original dent and the repair had been done. It's not noticeable to the naked eye but still, I think a repair that cost $600 there should be no sign of it! Also the alignment of the bumper on the passenger side was never repaired. I noticed when I picked it up and the guy took it to the back for 5 minutes but it is still not fully flush as it should be.

****Baier gave us excellent customer service. We came be the store a day early to make sure we had the correct directions. He greeted us and said since we were there he would do the estimate right then. That impressed me because we did not expect that type of service. He provided efficient turn around time and gave us an estimated time to expect the jeep to be in for repairs. We were notified a day early and our jeep and was washed and looked very clean. Gerber provided very good communication about the repairs to my vehicle before, during, and after they were made. My car looked great when I picked it up - it was even cleaner than when I dropped it off! ???? I appreciated being able to leave the rental car at Gerber rather than having to return it to enterprise, which was farther from my home.
