I feel the job was rushed, possibly by the insurance company? The muffler is is seen when you stand back from the car, which was never seen before. The tail pipes just peeked out from the edge of the openings, but now you can see where they are attached. Because they are hanging out and not in the openings. It looks goofy and I'm embarrassed to drive it like it is.

The only negatives: there once or twice was a disconnect between the e-mail and what Alex told me on the phone as far as when the car would be ready. The car took longer than expected due to additional parts being ordered and I wasn't always aware of that. But luckily we weren't renting a car and the car looks as good as new.

This is going to seem petty, but when I got in the car, the front driver seat and back passenger seat has some sort of black marks on them. Also when they took the back or apart they forgot to put back the cover plate inside the door handle. The overall work was great and on time but sometimes it's the small stuff
