They had my car for FIVE WEEKS! For a minor accident. Everything inside my wheels is rusted because it sat outside for so long. The car drives horrible, something happened to the rotors and they are saying its maintenance. ITS NOT, my car did NOT DRIVE THIS WAY WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. I WILL NEVER GO TO CARUBBA IN WHEATFIELD EVER AGAIN, I will tell my friends and co-workers to never go there. I went to Carubba in Tonawanda to look at my car to see what the issue is, they would not even put it up on the lift. I will never do business with them again.

Well, at the end of it I was satisfied. There were a bunch of bumps along the road. Carruba did its best to smooth those bumps, and at the end I was satisfied. So, the lesson learned is patience.
