From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff members we worked with were polite and listened to what we had to say. They also kept in mind that our car is old and we didn't want to put any more money back into it than we had to, so they gave us multiple options for the repairs so we could choose the best one for our situation.
Gabe was especially great to work with. He explained everything that was being done to the car and made me feel very at home while I was waiting for the repairs. Excellent customer service attitude. We would be happy to take any of our cars here in the future if they need repairs.

Not only did he keep me informed almost daily as to the progress of my vehicle's repair but he also stayed past his normal work day to be there when I arrived to pick up my vehicle He wanted to personally answer any questions I might have had regarding the work done to my van.
