The guys were awesome! Very friendly and accomodating and went over and above my expectations with all of their hard work! I will definitely use Carubba Collision again and will refer everyone to them!
Gabe, Shawn, and staff were easy to work with and were extremely helpful (explained what needed to get done and gave me and my husband updates throughout the process). The only thing I was unhappy with was the communication when I first dropped the car off. On day one I went into sign papers and go over the damage. After that I did not hear anything for the next 4 days. I noticed the estimate had not been completed yet so I called to ask the status. I was told the insurance company had not done the estimate yet. Ok... why was I not told this? The only reason I found out was because I called to ask otherwise it would have sat there even longer! In the end my vehicle was there for 25 days.
