I was very impressed on how smooth the entire process was. It was very efficient. I appreciated receiving a rental car while my car was being fixed. I received text updates on the process. I have never been so impressed with a car repair/rental experience then I was with Carubba. The moment I walked in the door, lovely and welcoming Julie got my case rolling immediately, and I felt like 4 different people were immediately working on my case. The collaboration & communication between Carubba, Geico, & Enterprise was top notch. It was a seamless experience for me from start to finish. The text update were very helpful. When I picked up my car, the entire inside had been professionally cleaned. And with 3 children, that is not an easy job. And Brandon helped me clean all the snow off, which was so kind. I'm not completely happy with the paint job. There is an awful lot of orange peel in the paint. It should be more mirror like being a black car. You can really see the difference when comparing to the other side of the car.
