The repair looks good but in no way should it have taken 11 days to fix a dent in a door especially when I was given a 3 day estimate. Even if a new door was walked here from Mexico it would of taken less time. I feel this is unacceptable and I was not given anything in return for my inconvenience. My wife and two young children were forced to wake up at 5 am to drive me to work in some of the coldest weather we have had in the area in years. I also feel that having the secretary contact me regarding my vehicle not being ready was extremely callous on the part of the manager. I took my vehicle there as I assumed the job would be completed as stated however I would never return there or recommend anyone to go there. Instead of spending money on all the advertising maybe it aught to be spend on getting more help.

Everything looks great on the car, and thank you for putting my sticker back in the same spot it was in my window.
The only thing I found unsatisfactory was that the rental car I got (the ford focus) was dirty inside and had a bunch of garbage left in it.
Otherwise I will opt to have my car fixed here again if ever necessary.
